2008 Entry Fee Refund Policy

Tournament Refund

Applicants may withdraw from the Scott Robertson Memorial Tournament before the application deadline date, March 28, 2008 without penalty and their application fee will be returned to them.

Once the deadline for the Scott Robertson Memorial has passed, those applicants that are accepted into the tournament field and withdraw will not receive a refund. 

If a participant has an illness or injury, with a doctor’s excuse, or a death in the immediate family, they may receive a refund of their entry fee less a $30 service charge.

Qualifier Refunds

All applicants are asked to declare on their applications if they intend to qualify if not accepted into the tournament field.  If an applicant declares that they will not attempt to qualify on their application, their entry fee will be returned to them at the time that they are informed that they have not been accepted into the tournament field.  If you have declared that you will not attempt to qualify on the application and are not accepted into the tournament field, you will not be offered the chance to reconsider attempting to qualify.

Up to two weeks prior to the qualifier, a participant may withdraw from the qualifier and receive the entry fee minus a $30 processing fee.  ($220.00)

If a participant withdraws within two weeks of the qualifier they will no longer receive a refund for the qualifier entry fee, only the remainder of the original application fee. ($125.00)

Reminder: all withdrawals must be in writing.  Preferably the withdrawal should be by e-mail for more immediate notification to the Entries Committee.
