Qualifier Practice Round 

• Participants may make practice round tee times one week (7 days) prior to the qualifier date.  Call the RCC Pro Shop to schedule: 540-343-1330

• The official date of the practice round is one day prior to the Qualifier.  There is no fee for this official practice round.

• Guests are not allowed to play with participants for the official practice round.

• Participants are able to make additional practice rounds and are allowed to have a guest play with them only during these additional rounds (please call RCC Pro Shop for pricing)

• Parents/Guardians/Coaches may rent a cart only for the Qualifier Practice Round (please call RCC Pro Shop for pricing), but must obey the following rules:

  • Only a Parent/Guardian/Coach may drive the cart.

  • Players may put their clubs on the cart, but must walk the course.

  • Carts must remain on the paths.

  • Failure to abide by these rules may result in disqualification.

  • Carts are only available during the Qualifier Practice Round, not the Tournament Practice Round.

 

Tournament Practice Round 

• The official date of the practice round is one day prior to the Tournament start (Thursday).  There is no fee for this official practice round.

• Participants may begin to make practice round tee times after the field has been announced in mid-March.  Call the RCC Pro Shop to schedule: 540-343-1330

• Guests are not allowed to play with participants during the official practice round.

• Participants are able make additional practice rounds and are allowed to have a guest play with them only during these additional rounds (please call RCC Pro Shop for pricing)

• Players will be paired together to maximize tee time availability

• No carts are permitted for Players/Spectators/Coaches during the Tournament Practice Round or Tournament.  Please plan accordingly.
