It is highly recommended that you do not make airline travel arrangements prior to confirmation of tournament acceptance. We receive many more applications than the tournament fields can accommodate.
For your travels home, it is recommended that you book a late Sunday night flight or wait until Monday morning if possible. The weather can sometimes be unpredictable and there is always a chance for a playoff!
For travel planning purposes, the order of tee times on Sunday will be:
Girls 15-18 (typically finished by 2:30pm, but no guarantees)
Boys 15-18 (typically finished by 4:30pm, but no guarantees)
Boys 14 & Under (typically finished by 5:30pm, but no guarantees)
Girls 14 & Under (typically finished by 6:30pm, but no guarantees)

Please note that our event falls on the same weekend as Virginia Tech’s graduation, so hotel rooms are very limited in the area. We highly recommend booking your hotels as soon as possible.
