Withdraw from Tournament

REFUND POLCY REMINDER

If a player withdraws for any reason before 11:59pm EST on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, the entry fee will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee. After the field is set, no refunds will be made for withdrawals beginning Thursday, March 19, 2026 unless a medical doctor’s note is submitted by email.  If a note is received, players will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee.

No Shows:  Players that fail to notify the SRM of their withdrawal and “No Show” their starting time may be subject to suspension from future SRM events.
